The restaurant at the 4-star Schlosshotel Blankenburg whets the appetite for an evening of good food, fresh water and a full-bodied glass of wine as soon as you enter. There is a varied selection for every taste - from meat and fish dishes to vegetarian and vegan cuisine creations. The friendly service and elegant ambience round off your visit.

The Schlosshotel restaurant is not only worth a recommendation in the evening. At breakfast time between 7:00 am and 10:30 am, a buffet is created for you that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the well-known breakfast delicacies, special emphasis is placed on a variety of plant-based options, such as almond, oat and soya milk, chia pudding or scrambled tofu eggs. Every guest is allowed to try! You are very welcome, even if you have not stayed overnight with us.

From 12:00 to 17:00, the delicious aroma of coffee continues to waft through the house. For a cosy coffee chat, we have a small, fine snack menu for you with homemade cakes, vegan surprises and raw cake (made from fresh fruit, nuts, herbs, etc.). Here too: just give it a try!

On sunny and warm days, you are welcome to use our outdoor terrace with its Mediterranean flair. Family celebrations or company events can be organised with wonderful green views of the garden area of the Schlosshotel.

Enjoy doing something good for yourself, for your body and for the environment! The Schlosshotel Blankenburg and therefore also the catering area are particularly sustainable. We are constantly endeavouring to reduce our CO2 footprint. We place particular emphasis on regional and seasonal cuisine. We use 100% green electricity and chemical-free cleaning options. Two e-charging stations are available in front of our hotel.
